Learning Coordinator (in Mexico)

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate logistics for all on-site and virtual trainings for the Customer Experience and Trust organization
- Partner with Workforce Management team for scheduling of training
- Coordinate and admin the usage of our Learning Management System
- Support and maintain rosters, user information in our Learning Management System
- Handle administrative duties, including but not limited to managing and responding to internal requests for training
- Inform global best practices and consistencies by identifying improvement opportunities and communicating with the SCC Learning & Performance Team
- Review learning solutions and assist in making edits as needed
Experience:
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and balance multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, including the ability to quickly move between tasks
- Superior oral and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently with timely and appropriate follow up
- Comfortable operating behind the scenes as a supporting team member
- Ability to research and resolve problems/develop solutions creatively
- Experience working and developing deliverables in Google Suite tools, additional experience in instructional design tools is a plus
- Demonstrates analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to effectively interface with people from all organizations
- 6+ months experience in a coordinator or administrative role (or equivalent)
- Be aligned with Lyft’s Guide to Making it Happen
- Experience with Jira preferred
- Knowledge of Agile Scrum and sprint planning preferred but not required
