Online School Sales Manager (Remote)

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Italian - Advanced (at least C1/C2) or Native
• Knowledge of English (at least B2/С1)
• Knowledge of Russian is welcome, but is not a necessity
• Experience of working in sales
• Experience of working in telemarketing will be your advantage
• Higher education is desirable
• Knowledge of the Russian language is welcome, but not necessarily
• Higher education is desirable
• Experience of working in a language school welcome
• Ability to work with a lot of information
• Responsibility and care
• Multi-tasking

Duties:

• Sell online courses of English for the children 4 -12 years old
• Communicate with customers who passed the trial lesson, and “bring” customers to the Payment (whatsapp, email and phone)
• Record clients for a trial session, assign the day and time of the trial session
• Execute existing business processes: client support, promotional activities including influence marketing, following SLAs, etc
• Processing of incoming applications for a trial lesson
• Interaction with teachers in English (written via chat and voice)
