IT Intern (in Argentina)

• The position
• The intern will assist and support the “IT Marketing & Sales Data Driven Customer Insights” global team.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Monitoring of systems and interfaces, access review, file handling, incident management.
• Tracking of the Team’s operational KPIs monthly and presenting to the global team to ensure awareness and improvement.
• Review adherence of monthly Project Management tasks (P360) and notify the team upon deviation.
• Presentation of reports to the management team.

Requirements

• It Degree.
• Basic database skills.
• Ability to create and run SQL queries.
• Level of English: Upper-Intermediate.
• Good attitude for learning Information Systems Student (2nd or 3rd year student).
• Availability to work during the morning shift.
• 1 year experience working with databases (Desirable).
