Senior strategy analyst/associate

Job description:

• Assistance in preparation of financial models at strategic and operational levels
• Perform market analysis, benchmarking among global and local peers, evaluate and monitor competitive positioning
• Analyse and monitor business performance, trends and key drivers
• Analyse strategic position and strategic development options
• Draft presentations and models to the shareholders, partners and top management
• Involvement in strategic marketing projects

Requirements:

• Highly proficient with financial models, with a practical experience building from scratch comprehensive 3 statement excel model
• Ability to structure and work on financial models / business plans, perfect financial modelling skills
• Knowledge of financial reporting (IFRS)
• Excellent analytical skills — demonstrating evidence of being highly numerate
• Comprehensive theoretical and working knowledge of corporate finance and strategy
• Practical experience in report writing and preparation of presentationsёё
• Business writing skills (both in Russian and in English)
• Ability to deliver excellent job, being result oriented
• Flexible approach to working, including ability to multi-task
• Proven ability to acquire new skills quickly
• Team player, curios mind and energetic personality
