Interviewing Specialist

Requirements

• At least 2 years of working in a recruitment agency in a recruiter / interviewer role
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment
• Being a highly self-organized person
• A passion to recruit
• Your English is advanced or native

Responsibilities

• Complete up to 16 video interviews per day (30 minutes each), screening candidates
• Make sure that the candidates you moved to the next stages pass those stages (onboard)
