Responsibilities:

  • Provision of administrative support to the finance department;
  • Control of electronic archive of documents for the Group of companies: control of receiving documents, organizing of electronic archive (printing, scanning, archiving, organizing signing, etc.), control of аvailability of primary documents;
  • Handling document flow;
  • Preparation of the list of contracts;
  • Preparation of the list of received primary documents and list of missing documents;
  • Preparation of replies to the official letters;
  • Cooperation with other departments of the company.

We expect that you will have:

  •  Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting or similar: higher or students which are able to work;
  •  Basic understanding of accounting, tax and legal legislation;
  •  Good Excel knowledge;
  •  English – Upper-Intermediate
  •  Analytical mindset, attentiveness to details and good organizational and communication skills
  •  Willingness and ability to work in multinational environment
