Requirements:

• General consulting skills (analytics, basic modelling, PPT/XLS, storyline)
• Experience in org. design, motivation system, processes, operating model is a plus

• Phase-2 of strategy & optimization program for a commodity trading company

Key work-streams:

Finalization of 2021 goalsetting exercise & motivation system:

• Detailing & launching improvement initiatives across core functions of the organization
• Further upgrade of the governance model (BoD, committees, sustainability, processes)

Other key info:

• 8-12 weeks starting from February 1
• Workload 80-100%
• Location on sight in Moscow’s center (3-4 days a week) + remote
