Senior UX/UI Designer

Responsibilities:

• You will design the short and long term roadmap - impacting the millions of Doto users;
• Design both web and mobile (iOS and Android) experiences that solve the needs for a wide range of users, from the newbie to the brokers expert;
• Take new features from ideation to prototyping, user testing and production;
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineering, and customer support teams;
• You'll be a key part of a small agile team;
• You will be interacting directly with end-users and Doto developers to collect feedback and develop user empathy.

Requirements:

• 5+ years full-time Product Designer experience;
• 3+ years full-time experience of designing consumer-facing experiences for web and mobile apps;
• Fintech application design experience is an advantage;
• Knowledgeable and interested in Web3 space;
• Collaborative and open minded;
• Ability to create thoughtful UI and UX and written communication to both frame and explain concepts;
• Thrive in uncertainty and challenges: proactive, hands-on, self-starter and perseverant;
• Basics of HTML/CSS knowledge;
• Strong values, ethics and integrity;
• Fluent in English and Russian.
