Product Owner (with relocation to Kuala Lumpur)

• XSOLLA LABS is a laboratory for generating and developing innovative ideas in the field of blockchain technologies, Web3 and game development. Responsibilities

• Data-driven / experiment-driven backlog management experience
• Identify the needs of users
• Form and maintain a product development roadmap
• Keep up to date and prioritize tasks in the product backlog
• Communicate the to the team, collect and update all information about product
• Identify and minimize product development risks, discuss risks with the team and Stakeholders
• Initialize and directly participate in interviews with the target audience
• Work on product metrics

Qualifications

• Understanding how to work with hypothesis
• Basic knowledge of economics, finance and legal
• 3+ years work experience
• English at a level not lower than B2
• Understanding and applying agile product management methodologies: Scrum, Agile
• Ability to work and be flexible in a fast pace environment
• Knowledge of basic approaches for product design (US, JTBD, Unit economic)
• Interview and marketing research experience
