IT Recruiter (in Georgia)

Requirements:

• Proven experience as IT Recruiter (0.5 years+) in an IT company
• Fluent English
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Service and delivery approach
• Experience in international companies is highly desired
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsibilities:

• Perform full cycle recruitment for the IT vacancies such as: Developer C#, QA Automation, Linux DevOps, iOS developer, etc.
• Find, inspire, and hire great candidates using advanced recruitment tools and professional IT network communications
• Maintain Recruitment Data Base (E-Staff)
• Participate in other HR projects​ (for example, adaptation reviews)
