Junior IT Sourcer / Researcher (with relocation to Praga)

Your tasks will include:

• Communicating with recruiters and hiring managers, discussing candidate profiles, and setting strategies for hiring people
• Looking for candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean search, Amazing Hiring, and other sourcing method.

• Deep divinginto IT sourcing and developing in this direction
• An upper-intermediate English and Russian
• Switching between tasks quickly
• Takingresponsibility for your results
• To be able and willing to communicate with strangers
• Will be an advantage: professional experience as a sourcer or recruiter
