Exhibition Stands Project Manager

Essential job functions: 

• Manage projects for the building of exhibition stands from brief to completion, working closely with the creative team, production and customers. Planning, sharing information, and giving accurate project updates to them.
• Constant discussion of the project with the client and informing him about the process.
• Solving complex stressful situations and search for optimal solutions to the assigned tasks.
• Calculation of the estimates.
• Control and coordination installation activities.

Experience and Skills Required:

• Work experience in exhibition companies is required.
• Preferably higher technical education.
• Spoken English is required, sufficient for negotiations and commissioning of projects
• Responsibility, attention to details, strong communication skills, level-headed and diplomatic approach.
• Ability to prioritize and effectively manage your own time and workload.
• Understand production processes.
• Ability to manage difficult situations in a positive and constructive way and to build positive relationships with customers and with the team.
• Willingness to business trips.
