Marketing Content Writer (in Cyprus / Armenia / Remote)

Responsibilities:

• Write short- and long-form materials for YouTrack web pages, the blog, and other channels.
• Maintain and develop the voice of YouTrack in ads and other promo materials.
• Establish a process for researching content relevant to a b2b audience comprising teams from various industries and backgrounds.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of the product and the market so you can create relevant and engaging content.
• Take part in setting up a customer case studies program and create content based on customer interviews.
• Create content based on specifications that you’ll discuss and agree upon with the rest of the marketing team.
• Help edit content created by other team members who are not professional writers.

Requirements:

• Fluent English.
• At least 3 years of experience developing high-quality content in the form of website landing pages, articles, social media posts, sales enablement materials, case studies, etc.
• Experience working with a highly technical product and present it in a way that is meaningful to the target audience.
• Ability to manage your time effectively. Some content will need to be produced by immovable deadlines, while other tasks have more flexible timing that will allow more fine-tuning and polishing.
