Content Creative Marketing Intern (in Seoul)

About the Role

• We are looking for Content Creative Intern with a growth mindset who will be responsible for generating, managing and executing growth initiatives to drive new users and increase daily active users
• We are looking for a person who can identify and execute unconventional ideas to support different XFN teams and has experience in working with product teams, influencers and performance managers within different spectrum of the ecosystem that can help drive user growth and business
• With user growth as the goal, build a process with strategic optimization of the content directions with partners, responsible for key operation core indicators

Roles and Responsibilities

• Support throughout major marketing content ideation, planning, and development for Content Incentive Program's promotion (on/offline)
• Assist Promotion/Marketing manager to develop consistent key messages and innovative, engaging image/video content for various marketing channels
• Work with cross-functional teams (UG local, Design...)to identify the content our audience needs and turn it into scalable marketing programs through suitable channels
• Work closely with channel owners to manage content performance tracking and continuously surface insights for content development and prioritization

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled or graduated from a Bachelor‘s or Master's program, strong communication skills in Korean, fluent in English(Chinese is a plus)
• Have a deep understanding of creator communities such as Youtube, AfreecaTV, and Twitch
• Have a passion for short-form video trends; video creation experiences will be preferred
• Data-driven, strong execution, collaborative, and time management skills; comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Work a minimum of 6 months, 5 days a week
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experiences in digital operation or social media promotion. Experience with the web. The Internet platform is a plus
• Able to communicate with community members on a daily basis
