Responsibilities:

  • responsible for the lifecycle of drivers base, their quality, activity and retention in the region and each country;
  • management of drivers acquisition team in SA: team leaders and specialists;
  • management and development activation and retention strategy and projects in the region;
  • creation and development driver acquisition teams and projects in new countries and cities;
  • cross-functional interaction with marketing, digital, business development, hr, financial departments to develop existing processes and creating new ones;
  • development of b2b partnership.

Requirements:

  • fluent English;
  • strong team management skills;
  • experience in retention and activation;
  • experience in managing projects (full cycle);
  • experience in sales;
  • knowledge of marketing tools;
  • analytical mindset;
  • will to work abroad most of the time.
