Financial Planning and Analysis Intern

Job Description Summary

• The FP&A internship role requires working closely with the GE Power Conversion Finance and Project Management Teams in Russia, Italy, France and MENAT regions providing support in key steps of financial planning and analysis cycle.
• Also, you will work on the large international project with one of the key Russian companies and will need to provide administrative support related to corporate governance activities. This role may also require interface with GE customers and with other GE counterparts.

Essential Responsibilities

• Financial data collection and analysis
• Assistance in forecasting & budgeting
• Support of the Finance Team in course of Performance metrics collection, analysis & submission process
• Support of the Finance Team in various HQ Requests processing
• Support the Finance Team in course of administrative activities
• Support Finance team with JV corporate governance matters

Qualifications/Requirements

• University undergraduate with one of the following specializations: Finance or Accounting or Economics
• Strong knowledge of accounting
• Ability to work at least 30 hours per week in a dynamic, changing environment
• English not lower than upper-intermediate (written & business)
• Excellent organization and communication skill
• Proactive, ability to operate effectively with minimal guidance
• Eligible to work in Russia
