Account Manager for US Market

You will work with:

• Manage existing and new customers via all channels (IP telephony, Jivo, messengers, email);
• Assisting clients in using the service;
• Operative solutions to arising problems;
• Communication with partners;
• Track all customer details in the CRM;
• Create value for customers by using a solution-based approach to selling;
• Contribute creative selling ideas to the team;
• Make sure all customers are satisfied.

Would be helpful if you have:

• A minimum of one year of sales experience;
• Excellent communication skills in writing and verbally;
• Positive attitude and energy with high goals;
• Friendly, disciplined, and responsible approach to work;
• Experience with multitasking;
• A willingness to solve problems in non-standard situations.

Preferred background:

• Travel sales experience;
• Experience in early-stage startups with a successful track record.
