HR Generalist

Job responsibilities:

• Onboard new employees and support during the probation period
• Internal communications - corporate culture improvement, event-management, reporting
• Administrative support
• Employee assessment
• Participation in events
• Work with corporate services
• Assistance in HR projects

Your experience and mindset:

• Open-minded and result-oriented team player
• Highly developed communication skills
• Ability to work in a matrix organization and proven skills in working with culturally different environments
• Resistant to a large load of work
• High level of responsibility
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in HR
• Experience in IT Industry will be a plus
• Experience with the main stages of the employee’s life cycle
• Experience in organizing corporate events at a high level
• Advanced data analysis skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English is necessary
• Strong knowledge of MS Office – Excel and PowerPoint
