Working Student in Industrial Design (in Germany)

Your tasks:

• Support the Mechanical Engineering & Product Design team in the development of physical components
• Study and assess system ergonomics
• Research alternative materials, manufacturing methods, and types of coating
• Create prototypes for physical assessment
• Work on improving the optics and esthetics of technical concepts
• Produce easy-to-understand, visually appealing maintenance manuals of released versions

Your profile:

• Master-level student in Industrial Design, Product Design, or related fields
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks is a plus)
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Experience with SolidWorks Composer is a plus
• Interest in a "hands-on" approach for design of physical products
• Capabilities in prototyping (3D-printing, woodwork, and metalwork are a plus)
• Fluency in English; German is a plus
