Junior HR Specialist, HR Tech&Reporting Team (in Armenia, with Russian)

Tasks in the role

• Provide support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users.
• Contribute to ensuring Data Quality of HR-related systems: perform data audits to ensure and maintain system data integrity.
• Create and maintain documentation related to BambooHR and other HR systems.
• Collaborate with HR Automation Manager to identify system improvements and enhancements; recommend and implement solutions.
• Manage permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users based on documentation.
• Oversee and maintain optimal function of the HRIS, which may include installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrades to applications, systems, and modules.
• Help to create audit documentation.

• Excellent verbal and written English/Russian.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with human resource policies and procedures to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals.
• Ability to keep information confidential.
