Intern After Sales Support (in Prague)

Tasks

• Provide assistance to Porsche Central and Eastern Europe the After Sales Support team in operational support to our partners in 26 markets and functional departments of Porsche AG while maintaining direct communication
• Parts Support including but not limited to parts order, delivery, logistics, claims, complaints and homologation by using Porsche Online Systems
• Support in KPI analysis and statistics, presentations, projects and reports
• Self-dependent handling of a to be defined After Sales Support projectwithin the internship period
• Assistance in organization and preparation of local and international After Sales Support events and visits
• Work across departments and markets in interdisciplinary projects promoting the approach of customer centricity
• Begin: August/September 2022
• Duration: 6 Months

Qualifications

• Studies in mechanical or industrial engineering, business administration or management
• Knowledge of the automotive industry and initial working experience in the field of customer relations beneficial
• High degree of intercultural competence, positivity, self-motivation, service orientation and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a structured, systematic and solution-oriented manner
• Excellent communication, negotiation and mediation skills
• Proficiency in English, language skills in German or Russian beneficial
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Driver’s license B category recommended
