Visa Manager

What are you going to do:

• Connecting clients with relevant immigration providers and law firms to handle specific requirements;
• Act as subject matter expert on visa, immigration, and employment law as applicable;
• Provide ongoing client services and resolve any issues that may arise;
• Work closely with internal staff and vendor network to ensure services are delivered in line with best practice;
• Keen interest in working in the global expansion sector;
• Hands-on experience with international travel regulations and currencies;
• Ability to multitask;
• Ensure tour operations follow regulations including visa and immunisation requirements;
• Process travel advances as needed working with the accounting department;
• Coordinate pre-departure, travel, and transit logistics for all travelers;
• Research visa requirements for travelers, entry restrictions and other relevant travel concerns;
• Assist project teams in obtaining required visas for travel.

Our wishes:

• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in the travel industry;
• Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience may be preferred;
• Fluent English;
• Knowledge of travel management processes;
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills;
• Good communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills;
• A basic understanding of Geography.
