Junior IT-Recruiter/Technical Sourcer (in Armenia)

Requirements:

• minimum experience as a sourcer / researcher in the IT field
• ability to use various sources of search for candidates
• good technical horizons

It would be cool if there is:

• higher technical education
• experience in conducting initial HR interviews

Tasks:

• source cold candidates in the following areas: Backend and Mobile Developers, QA Engineers, Analysts, DevOps, Data Scientists, Product and Project Management
• work closely with the recruiter on vacancies
• interact with candidates via e-mail, social networks and instant messengers, schedule interviews
