Tasks in the role
- Monitor stock levels of all office supplies (stationary, snack & beverages etc) and relevant IT equipment (printers, chrome boxes, TV's laptops, monitors etc)
- Coordinate maintenance, cleaning and repairs of general office space and equipment
- Update inventory via our software and perform annual stock count
- Assist in vendor relationship management
- Post and shipping management
- Assist with office space arrangements (furniture selection, layout, setup and design)
- Assist with Employee relocations
- Assist with corporate event planning
- Other ad-hoc duties
Out of office main tasks
- Incoming/outgoing post, package, and mail
- Manage Corporate flat (bookings, cleaning, etc)
Who we are looking for
- We think that this experience and competencies will help our future colleague to join the team
- Previous local working experience of at least 1 year as an Office Coordinator or similar
- College Diploma or Higher education
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Able to multitask
- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
- IT literate (MS Office, Excel, Word etc)
- English
- Valid driver’s license

- Applicable knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and office management systems and procedures
- Greek, Russian
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

- As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing most of the office communications and facilitating tasks and procedures that contribute to smooth business operations on day to day basis.
