Role Description
- Position requires strong teamwork and communication skills, fluent English language for direct interactions with Affiliate and Regional Management.
- The job is to lead strong Distribution Management on order to ensure continuous supply of Lilly Products to Russian Markets, perform excellent Commercial support for Russian/CIS Customers, drive for continuous improvement to Commercial policies and processes, 100% Compliance, and ensure robust analytical and reporting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive for continuous improvement of Distribution management processes, follow Corporate guidelines and implement new strategies
- Cross-functional collaboration with wide range of functions: Supply Chain, Regulatory, Finance, General Accounting Legal & Compliance, etc.
- Ensure availability and approval for Commercial Conditions, Bonus schemes
- Ensure meeting Sales Targets in accordance with Business plan
- Ensure 100% knowledge and compliance with Corporate and Commercial policies
- Maintain sustainable and productive relationships with existing Customers
- Highly professional communication with Customers on:
- Establishing Commercial terms and bonus schemes in accordance with Corporate guidelines
- Maintaining and negotiating Business Agreements and Addendums
- Ensure following Contract terms, payments schedules, agreed volumes and timelines
- Clarify products availability, shelf life, statements, etc.
- Support Due Diligence processes
- Support onboarding of new Customers
- Ensure robust and efficient reporting and controls according to Corporate Policy
- Improve customers payment discipline
- Prepare analytical reports and presentations for Management
- Support external and internal Audits
- Support Supply planning in accordance with Forecast and Business Plan
Requirements
- Robust experience in similar position (Marketing/Commercial/ Finance) more than 2 years, Big Pharma is a plus
- Bachelor/Master’s degree
- Very good written and spoken English skills (at least upper-intermediate)
- Analytical mindset
- Learning agility
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong Team player
- Attitude for continuous improvements
- Very good knowledge of MS Office suite, SAP (optional)
