Associate Retail Marketing Manager – B2B eCommerce

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop B2B eCommerce sales through creating and executing trade marketing activities with Pure eCommerce customers of the LEGO Group:
  • Together with Marketing department build the Trade Marketing calendar to support key priorities.
  • Utilize available promotional mechanics and optimize the application of customer budget to ensure the best return on investments.
  • Continuously test and optimize Ad placements to improve performance metrics of eCommerce communication.
  • Prepare high-quality assets to deliver key messages:
  • Brief Digital Merchandiser and communicate with agencies directly to deliver high quality of materials.
  • Ensure the application of all marketing guidelines to protect the LEGO brand.
  • Produce assets together with customers (including banners, emails, videos, articles and other formats).
  • Analyze results and share best practices:
  • Create reports explaining the effect of each promotion and present them internally to the LEGO team and externally to customers.
  • Exchange experience with regional and global colleagues.
  • Play your part in our team succeeding
  • You will join and strengthen the capabilities of our eCommerce team – Russia & CIS. 

The key objectives of this role are:

  • Improve LEGO sales within eCommerce.
  • Drive marketing development of B2B eCommerce to help achieve our business goals.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Several years of working experience in Performance or Online Trade Marketing areas. Key skills would be traffic and project management.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, expertise in driving online operational KPIs.
  • Confident user of web analytical platforms (Google Analytics).
  • General business understanding of running trade promotions.
  • Comfort with technology, including the ability to understand key technical issues and their implications.
  • University degree in Marketing or IT would be a plus.
  • Fluent in Russian and English (no less than Upper-Intermediate – C1).
