As a Recruiter in Insider day in and day out you;

• will drive initiatives that nurture our company culture & create a charming journey for candidates
• will successfully map the market for sales, partner success and leadership roles for Moscow-based roles
• will help recruit for HQ-based Russian speaking roles
• will effectively utilize HR tech stack of Insider to automate the recruitment processes
• will develop and support employer branding activities & help us exceed borders & march with the best talent out there
• will follow an analytical approach to ensure the effectiveness of the hiring and retention strategies
• will cooperate with the global technical hiring team and follow the trends to create HR best practices to stay up-to-date
• will execute the recruitment strategy with operational excellence while optimizing the quality of new hires, time to hire and cost to hire, our aim is to become better every day

• have a Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
• have 2+ years of experience in SaaS/Tech/Digital recruitment
• have an excellent command of written and spoken English; we are speaking with the whole world, 5 continents & 26+ countries
• have the ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• have such communication skills that speaking to people from different backgrounds, cultures & functions makes your day
• have the ability to manage ambiguity, while fostering an example of professionalism and leadership
• have proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, team environment
• have strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
