Key Responsibilities

• Organize external and internal promotional and educational meetings for oncology and autoimmune brands
• Ensure strict compliance of meetings, organizational process, and promotional and educational materials used to Lilly procedures and standards
• Manage all records and approvals in Lilly systems in accordance with Lilly procedures
• Closely work with Marketing team, as well as other cross-functional team members
• Cooperate with external agencies
• Plan and organize travel
• Manage budgets, invoices, and payments
• Purchase materials in accordance with Marketing team needs
• Support other projects based on Marketing team priorities

Requirements

• Higher education in the field of Management, Marketing, Finance
• Very good written and spoken English skills (at least upper-intermediate)
• High learning agility
• Excellent communication skills, friendly attitude towards colleagues, customers, and third parties
• High reliability and attention to detail
• Very good knowledge of MS Office suite
• Experience in marketing is a plus
