Mission:

• In this role, you'll need to both read potential candidates for a good cultural fit and engage candidates to work for Smartcat.
• Strong communication skills is a core of success in this role, since you'll often need to be a bridge between hiring managers and candidates.

Your outcomes:

• Source, screen and attract Middle/Senior/Lead level IT specialists: Developers, Analysts, Product managers, Sales managers and Customer experience specialists.
• Arrange Interviews with hiring managers after candidate passes the initial stage of assessment. Presentation of candidates and organization of all subsequent stages of interviews
• Onboard employees. Supervise the onboarding process, ensure newcomers start to deliver value fast, and are well-informed about all the needed details of their jobs and working in the company.
• Maintain an internal database of candidates.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Native Russian.
• English-level С1+.
• Growth-oriented mindset.
• Readiness to work in a highly intense startup environment requiring extreme focus, a sense of urgency, and persistence to breakthrough.
• Experience working with remote teams across time zones.
• Openness to constructive feedback and the opinions and ideas of others.
