Key Responsibilities
- Business administration (support of relevant contracts, payment process, organization and documentary support of external events for doctors and pharmacists, management monitoring)
- Management of consents database of HCP and pharmacists
- Monitoring promotional materials in the warehouse, supporting the management, development, approval (internal and external) and production of promotional materials
- Support the daily work of the department
- Market data collection and analysis
- Know, understand, monitor and follow of internal policies
- Internal commercial events organization and support
- Collaboration and support of sales team
Why you
- Preferred Marketing, Management, Economy, Business Administration education (not limited)
- are 3-4th year student
- have good knowledge of English (upper-intermediate) and Russian
- have strong MS Office skills
- you are sociable, creative, flexible in work and ready to bring your ideas into work processes, having quick comprehension, initiative and an analytical mindset
- are detail and quality oriented, fast learning, attentive, team player
- are purposeful and responsible
- are willing to join, know and understand pharmaceutical business and build career in it
