Intern in the Marketing Department (in Kazakhstan, with Russian)

Key Responsibilities

  • Business administration (support of relevant contracts, payment process, organization and documentary support of external events for doctors and pharmacists, management monitoring)
  • Management of consents database of HCP and pharmacists
  • Monitoring promotional materials in the warehouse, supporting the management, development, approval (internal and external) and production of promotional materials
  • Support the daily work of the department
  • Market data collection and analysis
  • Know, understand, monitor and follow of internal policies
  • Internal commercial events organization and support
  • Collaboration and support of sales team

Why you 

  • Preferred Marketing, Management, Economy, Business Administration education (not limited)
  • are 3-4th year student
  • have good knowledge of English (upper-intermediate) and Russian
  • have strong MS Office skills
  • you are sociable, creative, flexible in work and ready to bring your ideas into work processes, having quick comprehension, initiative and an analytical mindset
  • are detail and quality oriented, fast learning, attentive, team player
  • are purposeful and responsible
  • are willing to join, know and understand pharmaceutical business and build career in it
