New Product Development Specialist

What will you do:

• Execute NPD projects related to product and/or packaging changes within company system;
• Track progress of the projects and report status;
• Prepare Packaging Briefs, Market simulations / Creative designs, etc;
• Coordinate bar-codes assignment process;
• Organize and lead projects' kick-off meetings under the responsibility of Project Manager role;
• Track information on lead-times for different steps of the process;
• Track and look for opportunities to optimize product cost and rationalize OTC amounts;
• Manage end to end NPD process ensuring timely execution of all projects;
• Track and ensure updates to NPD related data - Product Specifications file, Bar-codes, Blends and NTMs cost, etc;
• Provide support to the markets on PLM related questions;
• Provide regular and ad hoc reports.

You as a professional:

• University degree;
• 3 years experience in a multinational organization in a similar role, Markeging or project management roles;
• Strong experience and knowledge of packaging and product development;
• SAP knowledge is highly preferred;
• Good Sales & marketing background;
• Fluency in English (written and spoken);
• Excellent team player, goal oriented.
