Talent Screening Specialist

Tasks

• Sourcing and screening of targeted candidates through the relevant channels (Social Media, Job Board, Database, etc.);
• Conducting telephone interviews with candidates;
• Building a network of Talents by ensuring a best in-class candidate experience and promotes employer brand of the company;
• Using different sourcing techniques to find the candidates;
• Connect with and screen employee referrals;
• Candidate's Database maintenance;
• Talent pools maintenance;
• Preparing analytical reports.

Skills

• University degree;
• 1-2 years’ experience in sourcing candidates using a variety of different tools and methods. Recruitment Agency experience is an added value;
• Knowledge and understanding of HR Processes, in particular Talent Attraction/Acquisition;
• Knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle and experience with an Applicant Tracking System (SuccessFactors preferred);
• Advanced English, other languages would be an asset;
• Excellent team player, open minded and flexible;
• Ability to work with multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
