Key Account Intern (E-commerce), Beauty Care

Tasks:

• Respond to reviews and question on Marketplaces
• Content update via Marketplace portal (images, video, product description)
• Templates and content preparation for novelties listing
• Track complaints from consumer on information in product pages and resolve issues
• Work with reports from Marketplaces (download, analysis, present findings)
• Participate in client review preparation

Skills:

• University student (the latest courses, preferably in marketing or management).
• Work experience is not required (as an advantage)
• Advanced MS Office user (especially MS Excel)
• English: upper intermediate or higher
• Passionate about digital and e-commerce, strong analytical skills and collaborative approach

• Compensation depends on experience and will be discussed individually (fix+bonus)
