Community Manager

You’ll be responsible for:

• creating and nurturing a community of mentors by
• devising creative strategies to engage the community
• organising events with career development professionals
• providing advice and assistance to mentors
• being a voice of the user by
• regularly conducting user interviews
• relaying community feedback and insights to the product team
• working with a designer and a PM to create user-centric features.

What skills and experience do you need in order to apply

• User empathy & Emotional Intelligence
• Some experience with conducting user interviews and analysing feedback - not strictly required but preferred
• Organisational/ project management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English
• Growth mindset: you own your mistakes and are able to learn quickly.
• Self-starter: you identify problems and find solutions. You don’t wait for someone to give you instructions in order to improve something. You are entrepreneurial, energetic and proactive.
