Tasks

• Events
• Support in planning and execution of regional events & activations [e.g. Launch Events, Support in planning and execution of regional events & activations [e.g. Launch Events, Regional Roadshows, Motorshows, Motorsport)
• Marketing Communications
• Support in realization of Corporate projects in coordination with creative agency [e.g. Ramadan)
• Coordination of Dealer marketing projects and market counterparts
• Coordination of Marketing Reporting of importers in Marketing Management System
• Digital
• Support in data analysis and administration of operational tasks such as regular update of campaign reporting
• Daily Administration
• Coordination of customs clearance for shipments
• Generaloffice management of the Marketing department
• Maintenance of storeroom inventory
• Development of presentations for conferences and events
• Monitoring of Info-Mail account and coordination of enquiries
• Support Procurement process (Purchase Requisition Process in SAP)

Qualifications

• University study in business related areas
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Advanced analytical skills
• IT Skills and knowledge of SAP based CRM system desirable
• English written and spoken fluently and strong communication skills
• Automotive passion desirable
• Availability for 6 month required
