• Advisory analyst /Analyst. We opened a position for a competent and positive candidate who will provide a direct and positive impact on our client’s business success. You will do this by independently delivery of well-defined parts of standard projects for organizations and support more senior colleagues in business development, and delivery by providing complex technical analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Support internal and external client teams by providing research and analysis across multiple industries and functions;
• Gathering information about clients, markets, sectors or competition
• Contribute to delivery teams creating an atmosphere of trust, inclusion and collaboration to ensure successful outcomes
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis, generally under the supervision of more experienced colleagues
• Deepen knowledge of and expertise in a solution area, while beginning to broaden into others
• Contribute to internal research projects or initiatives to expand and/or strengthen IP and solution relevance in the marketplace
• Deliver high quality, impactful work for clients using Korn Ferry’s tools and methodologies;

Requirements:

• Higher education,
• English language – good language skills (from Upper Intermediate and higher)
• Excel and PowerPoint - advanced skills,
• Proven work experience - from 1 year with similar functions (analyst) or similar in recruiting/HR/ business transformation projects,
• Personal quality: detail-oriented and well-organized, leverages structure and a logical approach when working through problems.

And also it will be great if you have:

• Ability to develop spreadsheet models for analysis;
• Communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal);
• Desire to grow and develop in consulting /or in your own skills( from Analyst to Senior Consultant, for example) and " love for people»
• Common literacy, attention to details, ability to work in a changing environment, a high level of responsibility, and at the same time positivity, creativity
