Senior Consultant (Market Research Team)

Your responsibilities will be:

• Methodological support on the best research strategies
• Supervising efficient team workflow:
• monitoring many simultaneous tasks at hand,
• interfacing with consultants and other internal and external customers, managing client expectations and solving arising issues,
• managing team capacity and ensuring even workload
• Preparing proposals and suggesting methodology for specific research and market analysis requests
• Identifying new value-added research products and promoting deep expertise development within the team
• Managing relationships with data suppliers, developing our internal knowledge database

What we expect from you:

• Degree from a leading Russian or international university
• 3+ year experience, preferably in research/market analysis (Big Four experience is an advantage)
• Good understanding of information sources and suppliers
• High motivation and desire to learn and grow
• Excellent analytical, communication, teamwork skills
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus
• Data analytics skills
