What Must I Have

• Available to begin employment on 1st July 2022
• Recent Graduates or early stage in career: 0-2 years maximum of relevant work experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
• Business Management / Administration
• Computer Science
• Marketing Management
• Economics / Finance / Statistics / Data Analytics
• Experience or interest in project management, data mining, data clean-up
• Customer facing experience in an international environment
• Strong organizational, time management, presentation, and communication skills
• Team player with an ability to work with people from different backgrounds and cultures
• A self-starter, who can work independently and demonstrate high level of motivation and drive
• Excellent inter-personal skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
• Common sense – boots in the dirt, let’s do the work mentality
• You have a desire to expand your skills in Excel (pivot tables, Macros, VBA), PowerPoint, Power BI, SharePoint, Data mining / Data clean-up, Data analysis, Project management
• You are curious and inquisitive
• Fluent in English – additional languages (French / Russian) are a plus 

Principal Responsibilities

• This position is responsible for the administration of programs and claims related to the usage of commercial funds to develop aftermarket with EAME dealers.
• Provide support on the creation of a marketing plan
• Manage monthly claims from dealers’ post marketing campaigns
• Support the extended team in various lean projects
• Apply guidelines and compliance rules around commercial programs
• Collaborate with Sales Reps on Guidelines for promotional campaigns and develop respective Product Support & Sales Reps on commercial funds management and related systems.
• The role must balance the business requirements (from dealers/reps/segments) with the compliance (Legal, Tax and Auditors) to guidelines.
• Support extended team with various audits and compliance requirements around programs and claims
