Commercial Analyst (with English, in Latvia)

Your ‘day to day’As a Commercial Analyst

• You will provide Commercial Organization with comprehensive reports, analytics, and insights to monitor & forecast company’s performance,evaluate & plan commercial initiatives and analyses competition activities.
• Contribute to business planning - strategies, OB, RFs - through market overview, business cases preparation and data based forecasting.
• Ensure product planning and sufficiency.
• Prepare tracking reports for sales & commercial activities according to project scope, timings and KPIs.
• Combine market, business & competition insights to lead business case preparation for commercial activities.
• Constantly gather consumer insights through available sources.
• Prepare initial inputs for various volume, pricing and initiatives plans.
• Provide comprehensive reports on market activities and detailed product demand.
• Support on a budget and strategy preparation.
• Monitor performance against set targets, anticipate potential issues and propose proactive actions.

Who we’re looking for

• A university degree (business administration, economics, finance or similar).
• 2 years of experience in commercial / sales planning and analytics.
• Excellent project management, planning and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to make decisions based on data, analyze numbers and react quickly to grasp the opportunity.
• Clear and constructive communication, good presentation skills and fluent English (Latvian or Russian is an advantage).
