Account Manager (Remote)

What you will be working on

• Being the first point of contact for our customers and responsible for the relationship management.
• Working closely with other internal teams and making sure all relevant stakeholders are aligned.
• Evaluating the customer potential as well as cross- & upselling activities and developing customer strategies
• In your position as Account Manager, you represent our customers’ needs and requirements in the process of developing new products and enhancing existing ones.
• Focusing on presentations of our services/products internally and towards the customers as well as participating in contract negotiations.
• Managing the CRM system data and keep an eye on the ongoing market monitoring and analysis
• As part of the Operations Team, you continuously look for efficiency in our processes and make suggestions to implement these into our framework.

About you

• The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in a FinTech environment or innovation team in an international company.
• Business Management Training or degree qualification is required in the field of business administration, engineering or comparable.
• Qualified professional experience in account management, technical sales, or system engineering
• Experience in projects with diverse stakeholders and timelines and a good technical understanding.
• Background working directly in or with large enterprises and corporations and an ability to blend into our start-up environment.
• Ability to translate requirements of stakeholder, customer, and partner environment
• Great communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel
• Fluent in English and German is a must; additional languages are a plus.
