• ANTERO Group, a fast-growing Russian multi-disciplinary consulting team, is looking for a part-time office / marketing assistant.
• We provide financial, legal and strategy consulting services for leading PE&VC funds and diverse industrial players.

As an office / marketing assistant you may be involved in:

•  Administrative support (planning, coordination and management of the managers' schedules, telephone conversations, maintaining the telephone and information base)
•  Maintenance of the office workflow (distribution of documents and correspondence, organization and maintenance of the archive of documents);
•  Management of administrative activities (ordering and control over the availability of office supplies, control over the state of office equipment, interaction with technical services, couriers, etc).
• Interaction with clients on administrative tasks (invoices etc.)
•  Work with information resources on the Web (search and analysis of information on the Web, including foreign websites), work with office equipment (printer, copier, scan);
• Monitoring of procurement platforms, assistance in preparing documents for tenders etc.
•  Marketing & Business Development (website and social media content management, news alerts preparation).

Successful candidates’ profile:

• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat;
•  Soft skills: ability to work in multi-task environment, accuracy and pro-active approach, excellent communication skills, team player, willingness to contribute to business development.
