Translation Manager (in London)

Responsibilities

• Initially audit all current translations across web products.
• Find and manage translators on an ongoing basis.
• Setup quality and improvement processes for translations.
• Expand the breadth of translations to enter new markets.
• Manage new translation requirements. i.e. emails and marketing materials.
• Own one of the language translations on Fresha’s core products yourself.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience managing a translations team.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sense of initiative and self direction.
• Ability to adapt and achieve targets in a dynamic, fast paced working environment.
• Ideally experience working on the translations for a web based product or other software.
