Email Marketing Specialist

What you’ll do:

• Manage internal and external resources and collaborate with internal content and creative teams on creating and executing marketing campaigns.
• Own the end-to-end content strategy and create assets that engage users across different stages of the funnel.
• Auditing active email campaigns and (work)flows, analyzing them against their performance and up-to-date best practices, presenting findings and recommendations in a form of a prioritized backlog.
• Create and maintain a campaign calendar. Working with stakeholders to prioritize requests and add to the action plan or sprint plan
• Collaborate with product managers Sales and Support teams to recommend copy updates, drive optimization of the June Homes emails, and set up experiments to test new ideas.
• Recommend tactics and optimizations across all June Homes communications
• Monitor and optimize communication channels to ensure they are performant and pivot when needed.
• Personalize emails and content for our different target audiences and verticals.
• Work closely with the Development team to implement new functionality, triggers, and tracking.

What you need to be successful:

• Experience with Klaviyo, Hubspot and/or other email marketing platforms;
• Experience building campaigns and (work)flows from concept to analysis
• Strong project management and prioritization skills
• Experience with channel experimentation and analytics
• Strong analytical skills, data-driven approach
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Nice-to-have qualifications:

• Experience with Google Analytics, Redash, Google Data Studio
• Marketing copywriting – email copy, SMS copy, banner ads, descriptions, effective CTAs.
• Ability to adapt tone and writing style to different audiences and formats
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging narratives for marketing copy
• Experience with Content Marketing
• Experience managing content calendar and maintaining a regular posting schedule to our blogs
