Tasks:
- Co-responsible with KAD/eKAM to reach annual Key Account eCommerce growth target
- Drives eCommerce sales growth with defined Key Accounts through implementation of centrally developed online marketing campaigns and online listings
- Supports with eCommerce knowledge and best practice sharing KAD/eKAM in developing customer specific online marketing activities
- Leads eCommerce reporting for Accessories Bosch business
- Defines Key Accounts specific growth enabler and documents requirements for Marketing and BDO to develop eCommerce solutions. Implements solutions and realize growth
- Analyzes and implements improvements regarding range, online presentation, promotions, x-selling, product innovations
- Develops, prioritizes and regularly updates eCommerce project/hunting lists
- Calculates offers and gets BUL approval for listing investments
- Supports KAD/eKAM with eCommerce competence for customer presentations
- Participates at customer meetings/presentations (on KAM/customer request)
- Opportunity lost: Conduct debriefing and define improvement measures
- Opportunity/offer won: Coordinate the project implementation
- Regularly tracks project success and implementation timeline
Skills:
- In depth expertise of the e-commerce collected in a benchmark environment, min 2 years experience in e-com industry
- Higher marketing education
- Good product and application knowledge
- Power-Tool knowledge to live system approach (desirable)
- Behavior
- Entrepreneurial thinking and ability to work self-directed
- Strong sales mindset
- Excellent social, communication and organisation skills
- Project management experience helpful
- Excellent English language skills
