Business Development Manager (B2B)

Responsibilities:

  • Establish relationships and secure contracts with customers to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales
  • Prospect for potential customers/opportunities using various direct methods such as cold calling and zoom meetings along with indirect methods such as networking and utilizing social media platforms
  • Constantly increase market expertise, functional knowledge of services offered by the company
  • Gather business intelligence from customers, sales teams and other sources to identify opportunities resulting in sales pipeline development and strategic action plans on identified verticals
  • Execute secure transit new clients to Service department

Requirements:

  • Fluent English, C1 level and upper
  • Proven experience in new business development at least of 1 year
  • IT area experience (will be a huge advantage)
  • Good time-management skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Fast learner and proactive person
  • Preferred: experience in IT industry as an account, sales or support manager will be a plus
