Project Manager

Tasks:

• Ensuring product backlog execution is monitored according to client priorities;
• Setting up workflow and teamwork, prioritizing, tracking deadlines and motivating the team;
• Providing appropriate reporting;
• Timely management of project changes, identification of potential risks/crises, development of risk response plan;
• Managing expectations of project stakeholders;
• Establishing clear communication and decision-making processes, monitoring project progress.

What we see as the right candidate:

• Commercial experience in the role of Project Manager in the information technology industry of 3 years or more;
• Understanding of the tools and methods of software development;
• Profound knowledge of Agile principles, practices and ceremonies;
• A systematic way of thinking, the ability to find a common language with colleagues and partners, as well as with the customer;
• Self-confidence, flexibility, responsibility and leadership;
• Ability to work in a multitasking mode, stress resistance;
• Orientation on the needs of clients and achievement of results;
• Good understanding of technical aspects;
• Level of spoken English - from Upper-Intermediate;
