Lawyer of The Russian Desk (in China)

Job description:

• Legal review, M&A;
• Drafting of legal documents, analysis and translation of the documents such as JVC, MoU, AoA as well as commercial contracts;- Advising on FDI, business structuring, and following registration of RO, WFOE, FICE and JV;
• Meetings and personal advising clients on commercial, corporate and labor law issues, etc;
• Maintain and develop a Russian-speaking database of clients;
• Updating Russian Desk social networks: VK, Facebook and LinkedIn;
• Drafting and translation of the DP Group guides;
• Other responsibilities per request of the law firm.

Requirements:

• Native Russian speaker;
• Diploma of Bachelor or Master of Laws of Russian University;
• At least 3 years of experience in corporate and commercial, private equity, mergers and acquisitions and foreign direct investment, preferably experience in an international law firm or international consulting company;
• High level of legal literacy, attention to detail;
• Ability to conduct legal research and work with external parties;
• Excellent knowledge of English and conversational Chinese;
• Commitment and independence with high ethical standards.
