International Recruiter

What are you going to do:

• The full cycle of recruiting process (sort through applications to fill open positions, conduct interviews, organizing interviews with managers, assessment applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes, onboarding and adaptation of new employees);
• recruitment project management - monitoring of vacancies, held by other teams;
• communication and interaction with counterparties;
• sourcing;
• source and recruit candidates by using different sources;
• monitoring the labour market, recruitment market research;
• participating in HR-projects;
• provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports;
• monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.

Our wishes:

• Work experience as an in-house recruiter at least 3 years;
• experience in international recruiting would be an advantage;
• fluent English (C1);
• bachelor’s Degree (HR/Marketing/Linguistics/PR);
• ability to work with a large amount of information;
• multitasking;
• systematic thinking and skill in analyzing;
• exceptional communication, organization, and interpersonal skills;
• ability to perform independently with minimal supervision;
• focused on a result and able to carry processes until the end.
