What You Will Do:

• Build, optimize and automate tools & processes - ​to turn data insights into business value
• Help conducting experiments: ​funnel optimization, engagement/retention of existing customers
• Support product and operations teams with actionable data and ad-hoc analyses, gain insights into market and competition
• Calculate, forecast and improve ​unit economics and ROI of customer acquisition channels
• Hustle​: take ownership in growth, and do whatever it takes to get the job done

We Are Looking For:

• Data-driven decision-making mindset, and sound business judgment - through strong analytical thinking and experimentation
• Quantitative degree from one of the top universities
• 3 - 4 years of experience in a highly analytical role in the IT sector
• Strong SQL knowledge is a must; Experience in working with Python.
• Relevant skills in building data pipelines and automating data
• extraction is a significant plus
• Upper-Intermediate English
