Law Clerk

Qualification requirements:

• Hold a degree from a Russian university (HSE, MGIMO or MSU) (studying at or having a degree of LLM program or prior work experience in a law firm is a plus)
• Good understanding of Russian corporate and contract law in the sphere of M&A and JVs
• Excellent command of English, including legal terminology; ability to prepare documents in English, is a must
• Experience doing due diligence and working on M&A transactions is a plus
